Scott has worked with the Cathy Blassino Team since 2016 serving as their transaction coordinator. Once your home goes under contract, Scott’s roll is to make sure our clients have a smooth stress-free experience. He handles the details from making sure all documents are signed properly, all deadlines within your contract are met in a timely fashion, communicates with the lenders and title companies in verifying information and providing necessary information so your process goes smoothly.

Cathy started her real estate career in 1996 and is passionate about her career and values the relationships she has made over the years with her clients. In addition to making sure the team is running smoothly she also enjoys assisting her clients with their real estate needs and providing an exceptional experience. Cathy and her husband Adolfo have been married since 1993 and have three children Taylor, Adolfo & Roberto. Her personal interests and hobbies include CrossFit, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys giving back to the community through collections, donations, and service projects with her team.
